Job Summary
Design and implement complex IT projects for clients, including Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, SharePoint setups, server infrastructure deployments, and security solution rollouts. Review project scopes, participate in pre-sales discussions, and develop implementation strategies aligned with industry best practices. Execute change control procedures, ensure smooth handoffs to service desks, and maintain comprehensive documentation in IT Glue and ConnectWise. Act as a technical resource during kickoffs, deliver status updates, and provide end-user training. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security expertise.
