Job Summary
Deliver engaging gymnastics sessions for children aged 4 and over following the British Gymnastics Award Scheme. Provide leadership and supervision to participants while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills with coaches, parents, and children. Work a rotating schedule of 21 hours per week from Monday to Saturday. Maintain high standards of safeguarding and welfare for all young people under your care.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 Gymnastics Qualification
- Excellent interpersonal skills with fellow coaches, parents and children alike
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative
- Must be sensible, responsible and good leadership skills
- Dedication to the club and the groups under your supervision
- Ability to work well within a team of coaching staff
- Good organisation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Desire to learn and improve knowledge/experience with potential to further qualifications
- British Gymnastics Preschool Coach Qualification
