Job Summary
Provide Level 2 technical support to SME clients, primarily remotely, by troubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows desktop and server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Own tickets through to resolution while carrying out routine system checks, updates, patching, and preventative maintenance. Support project work including migrations, upgrades, and new client onboarding, and create technical documentation to improve standards. Manage workload independently with minimal escalation. This role requires a full Irish driving licence and car access for occasional site visits, with full mileage reimbursement. Based in South County Dublin, the position offers a competitive salary of €45,000–€55,000 and a pathway to Level 3.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 Senior Technical Support Engineer in an MSP environment
- Windows desktop and server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Networking fundamentals and firewalls
- Confident and professional when dealing directly with customers
- Comfortable working independently in a small MSP setting
- Well organised, reliable, and customer-focused
- Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Full Irish driving license
- Access to a car
- Already living in South County Dublin or nearby
- Already be legally eligible to work in Ireland
- Office based role
