Job Summary
Interact with patients at various service points while promoting pharmacy initiatives and clinical services. Input customer and prescription information into the dispensing system, create labels, adjudicate insurance claims, and retrieve medications from inventory. Complete paperwork for filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders, while ordering stock and maintaining a clean, orderly pharmacy. Ensure patient information confidentiality and prioritize workload with excellent organization skills. Maintain a professional appearance and provide remarkable customer service to enhance overall patient health.
