Job Summary
Level 2 Maintenance Technician at Riverstone Communities’ Shady Oak Village Mobile Home Park in Houston, TX. Responsible for plumbing tasks (repairing/replacing faucets and toilets, sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing leaks), electrical work (light fixtures, GFCIs, outlets, breakers/fuses), groundskeeping (lawn care, planting flowers, weeding), complete clean outs of homes, and completing work orders efficiently while maintaining Riverstone Communities’ standards. Requires 2-3 years general labor and 1-2 years residential plumbing experience, ability to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license; full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with on-site duties and opportunities for training and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of general labor experience
- 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
- ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to use technology/learn technology at a basic level
