Job Summary
Level 2 Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza overseeing shift operations, cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Responsibilities include setting the example and enforcing policy procedures, fostering a team environment, and motivating others. Duties include operating all equipment, taking on all store roles including delivery expert (requires own vehicle), stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage/work areas/coolers, preparing products to established standards, receiving and processing telephone and computer orders, cleaning equipment and facilities daily, reading maps to locate addresses within the delivery area, complying with safety requirements, taking inventory and handling related paperwork, and maintaining professionalism, timeliness, reliability, and self-starting initiative. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with two years of experience driving, and a safe driving record meeting company standard
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to perform arithmetic accurately and quickly (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to operate computer/ordering systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs during delivery (if required)
