Job Summary
Maintain bin accuracy at 99% during cycle counts and audits by ensuring all SKUs are stored in correct locations per SAP WMS. Achieve 100% compliance with assigned warehouse zones by storing inventory within designated racking, flow lanes, or floor locations and completing slotting changes. Keep assigned areas clean and organized daily while removing debris, empty packaging, and materials on destroy or obsolete status. Identify and report damaged product, bins, or racking immediately to maintain zero preventable safety incidents. Utilize bin capacity efficiently by positioning high-velocity SKUs for optimal access and reducing non-productive bin moves. Follow SOPs 100% of the time and communicate issues clearly to Inventory Control or Leadership. Maintain accurate documentation of bin changes and corrections while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or similar role
- Proficiency with WMS systems, preferably SAP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Efficient with material handling equipment (ie: Stand up / Set Down forklift, Turret, Cherry Picker)
- Standing and walking for this position can require being on your feet the entire shift
- Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less with the ability to judge distance and space relationships and bring objects into sharp focus
- Use of hearing protection
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision

- SAP Experience Highly Desired – Transactions to know (LX03, LX16, LS24, LT24, etc.)
