Job Summary
Provide end-user support and routine technology maintenance for K-12 computer labs and classrooms. Act as a technical resource to resolve problems for staff and students, utilizing the Technology Ticketing system for information exchange and escalation. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals across Windows and Apple platforms. Configure desktop computers, iPads, and classroom equipment including printers, scanners, and projectors. Install fiber optic, terminate connections, and assist with technology inventory. Deliver training to users on new systems or modifications. Travel between multiple school buildings to perform duties Monday through Friday for 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- General Knowledge of computers
- General Knowledge of related mobile devices
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to solve independently most minor problems
- Ability to travel between multiple school buildings
- Monday-Friday throughout the school year for a total of 52
- 20 hours per week
