Job Summary
Level 1 Network Operations Analyst provides first-line IT/network support in a multi-vendor environment, performing initial triage and verification of network events, logging incident records per ITIL standards, responding to inbound support calls, troubleshooting or escalating incidents, coordinating with vendors and field services, and documenting RCAs and RMA processes. The role requires Cisco/Meraki know-how, SD-WAN experience, Palo Alto familiarity, and F5 technologies, with rotating shifts and collaboration with L2 technicians in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in networking or network support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles
- Certifications such as CCNA or CIPA are highly regarded
- Technical Proficiency with Cisco networking devices including Meraki
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto
- Understanding of SD-WAN technology
- HPN devices (H3C, ProCurve, 3Com, Aruba) – optional
- Ability to operate in a multi-vendor environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents or escalate
