Job Summary
Oversee curb appeal and groundskeeping by picking up trash, mowing lawns, planting flowers, and weeding. Diagnose and fix residential water/sewer leaks, finish work orders efficiently, and read water meters for each home. Complete clean outs of homes and conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies while performing day-to-day duties with minimal supervision. Adhere to all safety laws and regulations. This role requires 1-2 years of general labor experience, including groundskeeping and landscaping. Candidates must be active, comfortable working outside in all weather conditions, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required to drive to different locations on the property.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver's license
