Job Summary
Manage a client base of approximately 250 assigned individuals by delivering second-to-none client experiences, handling active claims follow-ups, and overseeing billing tasks including missed payments and reinstatement conditions. Assist your designated Level #2 mentoring advisor daily on processing policy changes, coordinating document retrieval, and gathering client information. Actively market auto loan products through total losses and pivot to life insurance appointments while soliciting referrals and promoting the agency via Google reviews. Maintain your own book of business through the SIGNificant Event retention process and adhere to a pre-determined development plan. Work in a fast-paced environment with a trial contract for up to 90 days, followed by a permanent position offer upon securing your OTL license.
Required Qualifications
- Organization & Ability to Work in Fast Paced Environment
- Ability to work with basic computer client based and office/email software
- Positive Outlook and Outgoing Personality. Ability to Build Relationships
- MUST HAVE EITHER ACTIVE OTL or RIBO LICENSE / IF UNLICENSED YOU WILL HAVE MAXIMUM 90 DAYS TO SECURE LICENSE (OTL)
- Trial Contract for Up to 90 Days Initially followed by Permanent position offer once Licensed
- Attendance Record needs to be positive in order to maintain position
- Ability to Mesh with the team in a positive fashion and add to the positive work atmosphere will be measured in order to maintain position
- Key Measurement of Performance will be Ability to manage this role with a trend of needing less supervision, as well as your ability to Add to our Client Experience in a Positive Fashion
- Reviews to be conducted 3 times per year after Permanent Contract
- Ability to be Promoted to Level #2 Advisor after 6 months
- Base Salary starting at $42,500 ($40,000 if Unlicensed) with full Medical & Dental Benefits after 90 Days
- Commission Plan paid semi-monthly along with monthly bonuses available that total up to $525 per month
- Opportunity to be promoted to Level #2 Advisor after Minimum 1 Year (6 months if you already have 2 Years Industry Experience)
- Level #2 comes with salary increase to $45,000 and monthly bonus plan of up to $1500
- You will be working with two dedicated Level #2 Advisors closely that will be available for support and assist in your development
