Job Summary
L1 and L2 Desktop Technicians provide onsite desktop setup, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop and workstation equipment and software (Windows, macOS, printers, and telephones) across New York and Jersey City locations. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and moving equipment with minimal supervision, documenting work in SmartSheets, handling basic hardware troubleshooting with escalation for more complex issues, and supporting Level 2 tasks such as staging and installing equipment. Training is provided and the role requires strong communication and professional demeanor to support building occupants and traders with desk setups (two-monitor configurations, VDI, cameras, peripherals).
