Level 1 Endpoint Management Technician to support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user devices (Windows, mobile devices, printers) across the organization; duties include provisioning and imaging laptops/desktops/mobile devices, routine maintenance and patching, asset/configuration records, endpoint security policy enforcement, and documenting procedures; located in Lewisville, TX, on-site, full-time.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT support or endpoint management experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common business applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar identity platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
