Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a standard for your crew. Execute daily tasks such as stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining facility cleanliness. Navigate adverse weather and terrain to deliver pizzas and flyers within your designated area, requiring accurate math, navigation skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This role offers a clear path to advancement, with many team members progressing from assistant manager to franchise owner.
