Job Summary
Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers to agree new tenancies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants while marketing properties using various channels. Generate new and repeat business by canvassing the local area, conducting door knocking, and distributing leaflets. Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards. Requires a full UK manual driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and proof of business insurance. Must hold legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
