Job Summary
Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers to agree new tenancies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants while marketing properties using various channels. Generate new and repeat business through canvassing the local area, door knocking, and leaflet dropping. Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards. Requires a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle, own vehicle access, and proof of business insurance. Must have legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Proof of business insurance for your vehicle
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
Desired Qualifications
