Lettings Negotiator - Infrastructure Portfolio

Lettings Negotiator in the Asset Management team, working on a mixed portfolio of residential houses, small commercial units, farmland, land parcels and temporary compounds for major infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include marketing properties to let and arranging viewings, registering applicants, negotiating tenancy terms and producing tenancy documentation, completing reference checks and other compliance checks. Hybrid role with office in central Birmingham (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Opportunities to work on national infrastructure portfolios (e.g., HS2, National Highways, East West Rail) and clear progression into asset management, estates, rural practice or commercial property.
