Job Summary
Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange viewings and negotiate offers to agree new tenancies. Develop relationships with landlords and tenants while marketing properties and canvassing the local area through door knocking and leaflet dropping. Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards and generate new and repeat business. This role requires a full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and proof of business insurance.
