Job Summary
Liaise with prospective tenants to arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies while developing strong relationships with landlords. Market properties using various channels, canvass the local area, and conduct door knocking and leaflet dropping to generate new and repeat business. Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards. Requires a full UK manual driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance, and legal right to work in the UK. Basic salary of £16,000 to £18,000 with uncapped commission and on-target earnings exceeding £32,000.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Proof of business insurance for your vehicle
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
