Job Summary
Direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team, appraising and instructing residential rental properties while arranging viewings and securing lets. Accountable for customer care quality and meeting lettings targets, ensuring all actions comply with legal obligations. Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff to drive training and development. Work Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Fridays 8:45am to 5:30pm, and one Saturday every three months from 9am to 1pm. Requires 2-3 years of senior lettings experience, line management skills, and a full UK driving license.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years prior experience working within a Senior Lettings position
- proven track record in securing new business
- Line management experience
- Listing & valuation experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
