Job Summary

Lead and direct the Lettings team to drive residential lettings performance. Responsibilities include appraisal and instruction of rental properties, maintaining customer care quality, meeting/exceeding lettings targets, arranging/viewing appointments and securing property lets, and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations. Responsible for up-to-date knowledge of available properties, conducting staff meetings and 1-2-1s, staff training and development, and overall Lettings team success. Strong emphasis on listing/valuation, negotiation, customer service, relationship-building, and driving new business, supported by a UK driving license and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years prior experience working within a Senior Lettings position, with a proven track record in securing new business
  • Line management experience
  • Listing & valuation experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change
  • A full UK driving license
