Job Summary
Direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team, appraising residential rental properties and arranging viewing appointments to secure lets. Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties and ensure customer care meets quality standards while meeting and exceeding lettings business targets. Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff, overseeing training and development to manage overall team success. Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years prior experience working within a Senior Lettings position, with a proven track record in securing new business
- Line management experience
- Listing & valuation experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
- A full UK driving license
