Job Summary
Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch by appraising and instructing residential rental properties. Secure property lets by arranging and conducting viewing appointments while registering, qualifying, and managing applicants. Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies to develop the core business in the branch and identify other potential opportunities for referral. Carry out monthly 1-2-1s with staff to maintain accountability for customer care quality and ensure compliance with all legal obligations. Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties and meet and exceed targets for lettings business. Work Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu), requiring a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to own car
- Previous experience within a Senior Lettings position
- Proven track record in securing new business
- Listing & valuation experience
- Line management experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
