Job Summary
Lead daily meetings with the lettings team, coach staff to achieve KPIs, and monitor individual performance through one-to-one meetings. Drive business growth by generating new and repeat business while developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Liaise with clients to arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies while ensuring the business remains risk-averse and complies with the highest regulatory standards. Manage time-sensitive, high-volume workloads and create actionable business plans to take the branch to new heights. Full UK driving licence required; eligible to proceed with video interviews only if you hold legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
