Job Summary
Lead daily meetings with the lettings team, coaching staff to achieve KPIs while monitoring individual performance through one-to-one sessions. Drive business growth by generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Liaise with tenants to arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies while ensuring the business remains risk-averse and complies with highest regulatory standards. Requires a full UK manual driving licence, minimum two years' experience in residential lettings at a senior level, and strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers. Full eligibility to work in the UK and proof of address are mandatory for the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
