Job Summary
Lead daily meetings with the lettings team, coaching staff to achieve KPIs while monitoring individual performance through one-to-one meetings. Drive business growth by generating new and repeat business, developing strong landlord and tenant relationships, and arranging property viewings. Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies while ensuring the business remains risk-averse and complies with the highest regulatory standards. Create and action business plans relevant to your branch, monitor local competitors, and manage time-sensitive workloads. Requires a full UK driving licence and minimum two years' experience in residential lettings.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
