Job Summary
Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team, coach staff to achieve KPIs, and monitor individual performance through one-to-one meetings. Drive business growth by generating new and repeat business, developing strong landlord and tenant relationships, and arranging property viewings. Negotiate offers to agree new tenancies while ensuring the business remains risk-averse and complies with the highest regulatory standards. Manage time-sensitive, high-volume workloads using strong IT skills and basic Microsoft packages. Requires a full UK manual driving licence, minimum two years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level, and legal entitlement to live and work in the UK. Full-time hours are 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
