Job Summary
Lead daily meetings with the lettings team, coaching members to achieve KPIs while monitoring and assessing individual performance through one-to-one meetings. Drive business growth by generating new and repeat business, developing strong landlord and tenant relationships, and arranging property viewings. Negotiate offers to agree new tenancies while ensuring the business remains risk-averse and adheres to the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. Create and action business plans relevant to your branch, monitor local competitor performance, and manage time-sensitive high-volume workloads. Requires a full UK driving licence, minimum two years' experience in residential lettings at a senior level, and strong communication skills. Complete on-target earnings exceed £50,000 per year with uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- Ability to work under own initiative
