Job Summary
Lead daily meetings, coach the team to achieve KPIs, and monitor individual performance through one-to-ones while driving new and repeat business growth. Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants, liaise to arrange viewings, and negotiate offers to agree new tenancies. Ensure the business remains risk-averse by following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. Create and action branch-specific business plans while monitoring local competitors. Requires a full UK manual driving licence, minimum two years' experience in residential lettings at a senior level, and legal entitlement to live and work in the UK. Complete on-target earnings exceed £65,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
