Job Summary

Oversee performance, compliance, and business growth across multiple branches while reporting directly to the Area Lettings Director. Drive the performance, personal development, and day-to-day management of your team of Lettings Managers and host branch staff. Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. Deliver outstanding customer service by exceeding expectations and build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Manage remote teams effectively while utilizing your full UK Driving Licence for operational needs. Full-time hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance
  • Drivers Licence Check
  • significant experience in individual and multi branch Lettings Management
  • a clear understanding of current Lettings legislation
  • Full time working hours 8:30am-6:0pm Monday-Friday

  • Working alongside other Area Manager(s)/ Property Management Area Directors and reporting directly to the Area Lettings Director

  • responsible in overseeing the business delivery for your assigned Branches & partnerships
  • ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

  • an excellent communicator both verbally and written
