Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Letter of Credit delivery for SBLC within Commercial Bank; own a portfolio of clients; advise Commercial Bank US customers and bankers on L/C structuring; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient L/C execution; manage onboarding and new facility setup; engage with bankers on pricing and capital needs; position as trusted advisor to clients and coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Underwriter teams for complex implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in Commercial Banking, Sales with Trade Finance / Letter of Credit experience
- Proven ability to build and develop relationships
- Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to adjust messaging for different audiences including our clients C-suite and their operations teams
- Must be well-organized and structured with the ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables
- Experience in reviewing, understanding, and/or working with credit partners
- Knowledge of Foreign Bank Guarantees
- Experience working in or closely with front office Commercial Banking
- Experience working with SalesForce or CRM platforms
- Trade Finance or Letter of Credit sales experience
