Job Summary
Conduct SME support for the U.S. Cyber Command Lessons Learned Program by implementing lessons into operations, training, and staff initiatives. Track, elevate, and resolve observations across Command and subordinate components to foster continuous improvement. Train personnel on lessons learned processes and tools while serving as advisors for positive change. Review, validate, and publish joint lessons learned information into appropriate platforms. Monitor issue resolution progress, disseminate reports to the larger community, and provide recommendations on strategy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for joint cyberspace operations employment. Requires 4+ years of experience supporting a Combatant Command or Cyber Mission Force team, an Active TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working for or supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Force Headquarters, Joint Task Force, Joint Duty Assignment, Cyber Mission Force team, or Intelligence Community organizations
- 2+ years of experience interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
- Experience using the Microsoft Office tool suite
- Ability to work independently and develop plans of action in support of identified goals
- Ability to create clear, concise, and solution-oriented reports for a variety of audiences at varying levels of detail
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Lesson Managers or supporting a Lessons Learned program within the Department of Defense
- Experience with training, in a training environment, or at a programmatic level, such as working on training standards or developing training pipelines
- Experience in Business Administration, Business Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related work, including lifecycle planning and requirements analysis
- Ability to look at a problem analytically and form recommendations to address issues or craft plans of action for further evaluation
