Job Summary
Lead energizing, fun, safe, and educational group Les Mills Body Pump classes in a positive environment welcoming all skill levels. Answer participant questions within your scope of knowledge and maintain current wellness trends to support member health and culture. Observe and adjust your coaching approach to accommodate diverse physical conditions, health needs, and cultural backgrounds. Perform other assigned duties as directed by your supervisor. Requires Les Mills Body Pump certification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and a national personal training certification. Completion of YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification is required within 60 days of hire.
