Conduct one-on-one online therapy sessions with children suffering from reading and writing difficulties. Collaborate with families to implement evidence-based digital learning methods that foster reading and writing skills with greater ease and enjoyment. Manage a weekly capacity of approximately 12.5 hours across 10 families, with flexible scheduling allowing for self-selected days between 14:00 and 19:00. Sessions may occur during school holidays, and Saturdays are optional. This role supports a mission-driven startup combining speech therapists, software developers, and AI experts to help children become confident adults.
