Job Summary
Store Manager leads LensCrafters team to deliver unsurpassed customer service and achieve store KPIs by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring flawless execution of the customer experience. Responsibilities include training and coaching the team, analyzing reporting to improve KPIs (NPS, sales to plan, customer count, labor, training saturation, exam growth), attracting and hiring engaged staff, partnering with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate patient experience, and guiding the team to execute operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines while maintaining a safe, enjoyable workplace. Requires knowledge of optical theory and merchandise, strong communication and math skills, and experience in retail management; college degree or ABO/LensCrafters certifications are preferred.
