Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations and lead electrical crews to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes and company standards. Train, mentor, and develop field personnel while reviewing daily schedules to provide direction, monitor job progress, and address workmanship issues. Lead by example in safe work practices and proper electrical installation techniques, assisting with installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required. Identify and report safety hazards, communicate with management regarding job status and crew needs, and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe operating condition. Complete required documentation such as daily reports and time records.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical plans and local codes
- 4 plus years' experience in Residential electrical construction
- Clean driving history
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
