Job Summary
Lending Specialist / Financial Consultant in Loan Solutions role focusing on customer service and loan applications. Responsibilities include supporting customers on the phone and in person, assessing loan applications per credit policy, gathering loan information, selling loan and protection products, closing loans virtually and in person, handling payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in Canada
- High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
- At least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting (preferred)
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration (preferred)
