Lending Sales Officer

Conduct daily visits to new and provincial customers to build relationships with dealership divisions and assets suppliers. Plan structured outreach to improve group performance in sales, penetration, and profit while collecting quality applicants through careful credit assessments. Review previous months' performance weekly with Lending Managers and default customers, then report application statuses to the Dealer sales team. Identify key sales growth opportunities and recommend them to management. Support recovery and collection teams as needed to maintain effective communication across departments.
