Job Summary
Senior Associate, Lending Product Analytics Solutions responsible for analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities, designing and optimizing SQL queries, building Python-based data processing and automation, and developing interactive dashboards (QlikSense, Tableau, Sigma) to deliver real-time insights to product, credit, banking executives and other stakeholders. The role collaborates closely with product managers, credit and banking executives, UX designers, and tech teams to gather requirements, deliver data solutions, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities include managing a complex portfolio of work with strong project management discipline, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, documenting data definitions and processes, highlighting data quality gaps, providing end-user training on dashboards, and staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, MIS, business management, consulting, or related roles, preferably within banking, credit risk or lending
- BA / BS; advanced study / quantitative focus is a plus
- Experience in developing complex business analysis models by being resourceful, consulting with others and considering alternatives
- Exceptional technical skills to access complex data sources to solve problems, with hands-on expertise in use of multiple business intelligence toolsets and database platforms (i.e., SQL-like languages, Alteryx, QlikSense/Tableau, Python, etc. as well as data processing platforms like Redshift, DataBricks and Starburst)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project
