Job Summary
Lending Associate needed to join the loan production team in our Plano, TX office. Responsibilities include reviewing loan documentation (credit application, credit reports, income and asset documentation) to render credit decisions, communicating approval or denial reasons, coordinating with internal staff, referring loan requests to underwriters, and ensuring adherence to investor guidelines. Requires strong verbal/written/interpersonal skills, sense of urgency, professional work ethic, and a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Desire to learn and grow
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
