Job Summary

Support Loan Officers by originating, processing, signing, and booking loans across consumer, commercial, oil & gas, and real estate sectors. Maintain compliant financial documentation, verify credit files, and prepare packages for presentation to ILC and DLC. Assist customers with banking inquiries, process withdrawals, denials, and paid-out loans, and manage lien releases. Pull credit reports, loan worksheets, and check sheets while ensuring all files remain current with required financial statements and tax documents. Prepare outgoing wire documents and cashier's checks as needed. Maintain strict adherence to banking laws, regulations, and CNB policies. Requires in-depth knowledge of banking software and loan policy.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities within strict timelines
  • General knowledge of banking and the loan process
  • Ability to move large sums of money with accuracy and confidence
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers in a profession and confidential manner
  • Above average computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and conscientious proactive approach to delivering high quality results in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities
  • In depth knowledge of banking software
  • Basic knowledge of oil and gas language
  • Familiarity with legal documentation
  • Knowledge of loan policy and compliance requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time to process work
  • Occasionally move office equipment, and files weighing 10+ pounds
