Job Summary
Lead a team of Mobile and Branch lenders across ACT, driving lending growth and delivering personalised lending solutions. Set direction, support day-to-day performance, and build referral networks to generate new business. Coach lenders to improve capability, consistency, and results while maintaining a clear standard for customer experience and team performance. Identify new opportunities across the business to support consistent service and growth. This hands-on leadership role requires experience leading lenders in home lending or banking, with a strong understanding of residential lending and the ability to coach individuals in a target-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
