The Lender Relations Manager at the Arizona Commerce Authority will lead outreach to banks and lenders for the State Small Business Credit Initiative, focusing on recruiting and supporting lenders to strengthen small business lending in Arizona.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in finance-related sales or similar roles
  • Experienced in building and managing client relationships
  • Clear, concise communicator
  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce/CRM applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with federal efforts to support small business lending
  • Familiarity with the Community Reinvestment Act
