Leitung Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

Lead the entire quality assurance department at the site, ensuring all processes meet quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the QA team while continuously developing the HACCP concept. Implement and monitor IFS, QS, and ISO standards, preparing for and accompanying internal and external audits. Train and sensitize employees on quality and hygiene topics, evaluate deviations, and initiate corrective actions. Collaborate closely with production, technical, and management teams. Requires a background in meat technology or food science with extensive industry experience and strong knowledge of HACCP and food law.
