Leitung Produktentwicklung (m/w/d)

Lead the technical and disciplinary management of the product development team, including employee interviews, target agreements, and personnel planning. Drive the strategic evolution of new and existing products by assembling cross-factory product structures and recipes. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (IFS, HACCP) while managing the department budget and authorized signature rights. Steer development projects from concept to implementation, ranging from sugar and fat reduction to country-specific action products. Serve as the central contact for sales, procurement, quality management, production, and raw material suppliers. Prepare calculations, sample shipments, tastings, and sales presentations while documenting the entire development process.
