Job Summary
Lead a team of educators and specialists caring for 48 children aged 0 to 3 across four groups while maintaining a supportive atmosphere and individualized development. Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and enrollment records to ensure smooth execution. Actively develop the pedagogical concept and serve as the primary contact for parents, the provider, and authorities. Maintain expertise in the educational and care plan alongside basic business acumen. Requires a degree in early childhood education, social work, or certified childcare training with leadership experience. Offers structured work-life balance, regular training, and coaching opportunities within an established facility.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Kindheitspädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit oder eine Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieher/in
