Job Summary
Steer the strategic and operational management of the municipality's entire real estate portfolio (VV & FV), overseeing building maintenance and administration. Lead the real estate division to ensure sustainable operations based on established strategy and action plans. Coordinate the full real estate process, acting as the primary contact and advisor to department heads across various business areas. Manage interfaces between technical object management, facility management, and construction project management. This senior leadership role requires a strong background in construction processes and portfolio management, with multiple years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung in Architektur/Bauingenieurwesen (Master oder Bachelor)
- Erfahrung im Immobilien-Portfoliomanagement
- Erfahrung in komplexen Bauprozessen
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer Schlüsselrolle im Bau- und Immobilien-Bereich
- Führungserfahrung mit interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Anspruchsgruppen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten
- Freude am Übersetzen von Resultaten in adressatengerechte Berichte
- Interesse an politischen Prozessen und Zusammenhängen
- Sehr gute Schriftlichkeit in Deutsch
