Job Summary
Lead the construction yard team and plan daily operations to ensure maintenance of municipal infrastructure, including green space planting, waterway upkeep, and winter service coordination. Organize events and festivals while serving as the primary contact for citizen complaints and defect reports. Requires a master in construction or technician qualification with leadership experience. Full-time position with flexible scheduling. Located in Neustadt an der Donau.
Required Qualifications
- Meister im Baugewerbe oder Bautechniker mit Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung
- Führungskompetenz
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word)
- Hohe zeitliche Flexibilität
Desired Qualifications
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung eines Bauhofes ist wünschenswert
