Job Summary
Lead the finance department by managing a team of two, developing personnel, and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements prepared under IFRS and HGB. Serve as the primary contact for auditors and handle day-to-day operations including accounts receivable/payable and VAT inquiries. Coordinate inventory counts and contribute to the development of the internal control system. Maintain fluent communication in English and German while guiding the team through complex fiscal responsibilities.

- Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach internationalem Recht (IFRS), sowie des handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschlusses nach HGB
- Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer sowie für kaufmännische und steuerliche Fragestellungen
- Operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
- Zuständigkeit für das Debitoren- und Kreditorenkontokorrent inklusive umsatzsteuerlicher Fragestellungen
- Koordination der Inventuren
- Mitwirkung, sowie Um-/Neugestaltung/Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems
