Job Summary
Lead the technical and disciplinary management of the measurement laboratory, overseeing the maintenance, qualification, and optimization of measurement systems and automation software. Develop and standardize measurement setups, laboratory workflows, and technical documentation while supervising calibration processes and analyzing operational deviations. Manage the production exchange of measurement data and samples with quality assurance, ensuring compliance with standards for superconductor measurement technology. Program and maintain the certification interface (BDE SQL), oversee the helium recovery system efficiency, and create maintenance schedules and spare parts lists. Serve as the technical contact for measurements commissioned by Bruker OST LLC.
Required Qualifications
- Studium Elektrotechnik mit Abschluss als staatl. gepr. Techniker, Bachelor Sc./Eng., Master Sc./Eng., Dipl. Ing. (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Mess- und Prüftechnik sowie in der Betreuung elektrischer und mechanischer Systeme
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungs-, Regelungs-, Energie- und Elektrotechnik
- Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Optimierung von Mess- und Automatisierungssystemen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken und SQL-Anwendungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Datenbankanwendungen, NI LabVIEW sowie SAP QM und SAP PP
- Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Eigeninitiative
